With full training provided this could suit entry level applicants however the generous salary scale and change of environment could equally attract an experienced customer service professional. The products are fun and interactive and customers are consumer based. As a Customer Support Agent you will mainly be dealing with customer queries by means of telephone, email and live chat. In addition you will also be involved with translations and other small projects related to the companies brands.
. Fluent in English and Swedish languages (written and verbal)
. One years experience within a Customer Service environment (preferably call entre )
. Excellent communication skills
. Ability to learn new technology/systems/applications quickly
. Confident telephone manner, professionalism and customer focus
