Swedish speaking Customer Support Agent

PokerLoco and CasinoLoco, an established iGaming operator with offices in St. Julian’s, Malta, is looking for a Swedish speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Representing our company in all customer contacts, giving world-class customer service possible via email, phone and chat (both inbound and outbound).

• Communicating with our Customers in a professional manner, in writing as well as orally. • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers and help our company grow.

• Processing customer withdrawals according to company procedures on request.

• Providing uninterrupted service by: o Solving the customers’ problems. o Informing customers about the Terms and Conditions of the company if needed. o Explaining how to use the company's games and services. o Assisting the customers with on-going marketing campaigns. o Logging the tasks in accordance with company guidelines. o Escalate and follow up customer cases when needed.

• Helping Marketing Team writing and translating marketing campaigns. Requirements and Skills: • Fluent in Swedish • Advanced in English

• On-line experience in Support/Customer Services, ideally within the iGaming industry is an advantage. • Flexible to work shifts, including nights.

• Fast typewriting • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Swedish. • A passion for iGaming. • Clear thinking, curious, ambitious and problem solving.
