Team Leaders Customer Support to fast growing online company

As Team Leader Customer Support and Moderation you will be responsible to coach a team of 15 agents by providing excellence customer support by day to day quality assurance, analysis and monitoring.  Provides coaching and mentoring regards to quality development, satisfaction topics and escalation. Responsible for traffic/staff routing ensuring SLAs are met.

Your main tasks



* Coach agents to superior customer support performance and acknowledge team success

* Represent the Customer Support and Moderation Manager as back up

* Identify improvement opportunities and escalate to manager

* Identify training requirements and create, deliver and maintain new hire training

* Research and design suitable training material to meet identified needs making the training more interactive and business focused

Your profile



* Fluent in German written and spoken

* 2-5 years of experience in managing employees and skill development coaching

* Customer support experience is an advantage

* Very strong leadership, organization and time management skills

* Ability to work flexible hours and /or overtime

* Strong community and customer service focus 

* Very good expressive capabilities/oral presentation skills

* Very good problem solving skills and strong attention to detail

* Willingness to improve and giving feedback

The position is a permanent hire and located on Malta.
